It is the responsibility of the horse owner to ensure that the horse is suitably shod, is fully vaccinated and costs for veterinary, farriery, worming, dentistry and any alternative treatments lie solely with the horse owner.
In the event that MS Equine believes the horse is in need of urgent farrier or veterinary treatment they reserve the right to contact their own veterinary or farrier to undertake treatment provided that MS Equine has made all reasonable attempt to contact the horse owner before this decision is made, the responsibility of any arising costs lies solely with the horse owner.
Any equipment ie. saddle/bridle or rugs etc must be noted with a signed receipt and left at the owners risk please ensure these items are insured on your horses insurance as this is the responsibility of the horse owner.
Whilst all reasonable care will be taken, neither Morris & Smith Equine Services, nor any of its employees or staff will be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death of any horse howsoever caused whilst in their care.
